You Are Not IN Good Hands With Allstate

I had an accident with an Allstate insured driver who was cited for "unsafe movement" I was not cited. The accident was described by the officer as minimal however it warranted $1980 in repairs from the Allstate approved body shop. Ironic that the figure represents roughly 35% of the value of the 2001 4 door camry. Officer also indicated no injuries. As I am a medeic who is fully capable of self diagnosis & self transportation to a medical facility for check ups (I do it for the public I think I am entitled to serve myself). Er release is not spectacular but remarks that I may feel more pain in the following days. As it happens I do, and the family physician prescribes 3 pills lyrica, hydrocodone & ultram to be taken over the next 3 months as needed. YIKES... I go on with chiropractic care & he releases me with a final MMI of 1 on a tens scale & remarks heavy need for continued care. The grand total for medical is $7200 so guess what Allstate offers? $3900 take it or get bent.
I am totally lost as to what to do, it is not exactly the hottest case since Perry Mason tried one. The adjuster actually remarked that they were not going to pay prior to even getting all the bills in hand or knowing a total & I am not in a position to pay for their insureds. Help, anyone any North Carolina lawyer. I want blood, I thought we paid premiums to cover our liabuilities, now I am understanding we pay them so they dont have to pay them out? At any rate the best part is that by the time it goes to trial & I demand it to do just that, I will be a nationally registered paramedic (reliable as the day is long). So if there is a North Carolina lawyer with a good pair, contact me STAT. I have 2 years left on the statute..
MY POINT IS THEY ARE CORRUPT AND DOING PEOPLE WRONG.
If anyone has insurance with these people please cancel and help spread the word about their wrong doings. The only way to fight large companies is with the lose of accounts and money.
